Conference Registration: 
Registration for the conference includes a variety of payment options. You may pay using a Purchase Order (PO), check, or credit card. If you choose to pay with a personal check, payment must be received no later than June 1, 2026. 

Helpful Tip: To complete a credit card payment on a phone, you must scroll to the bottom of the payment box to enter your ZIP code, and then click confirm.  Be aware, when paying with a credit card you can opt in or out for LINK autofill of credit card information.
Credit card transactions will include a 5.4% processing fee.

Please Note: Those registering three or more attendees should use the Group Registration option. 
Helpful Tip:   When you are registered as part of a group, you do not need to register individually.  Each participant, whether registered individually or as part of a group, will receive an email confirmation after successful registration. If you do not receive this confirmation, first check your spam or junk folder. If the email is still missing, please use the Contact Us link for assistance.

     *KYCCBD is a subdivision of KYCEC, this is not the same organization, however we use the same mailing address. 
The cancellation deadline for the conference is June 1, 2026. If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so by emailing the conference organizers through the Contact Us option.  [email protected]
